I deliver product to the above processor(s) and authorize automatic deduction of the APG crop year 2011/12 assessment by member processors who offer that program. APG will send this confirmation form to member processors named above and invoice growers who deliver all or part of their product to a non-member processor after harvest concludes.

APG dues and assessment rates are fixed annually by our Board of Directors prior to the start of each crop year (September 1 - August 31). The 2011/12 grower assessment rate was maintained at $.025 per pound, dry inshell plus dues of $5.00 per non-producing acre, due December 1, 2011. Member processors contribute an additional voluntary assessment of $.015 for every pound processed in their facility. Associate dues were also approved at the previous rate of $500 per year.

Associate Dues of $500.00 are renewable at the start of each calendar year.
