
Chef Oriol Vilalta
Innovative and experimental, the creations of chef and pastry chef, Oriol Vilalta, are distinguished by his passion for quality and craftsmanship. For 20 years he has been dedicated to gastronomy and to the elaboration of handmade nougats and chocolates, which stand out for their authentic flavor and their careful creation process. Trained in the Pastry Guild of Barcelona between 1985 and 1992, he began working in a pastry shop on Gran Via in Barcelona. Years later, he perfected his skills in renowned establishments such as “Foix de Sarrià”, until he decided to take the leap and open his own business.
