Your virtual culinary adventure begins with a tour through the pistachio orchards of California’s San Joaquin Valley. Farmers, including Dominic Pitigliano of Pitigliano Farms located in the heart of California’s San Joaquin Valley., will share how pistachios make it from farm to table.

Pitigliano Farms is headquartered in Tipton, in the heart of California’s fertile San Joaquin Valley, where the lion’s share of the nation’s pistachios is grown.

For more than 40 years, world-renowned chef Martin Yan has shared the culture and cuisine of the United States and China as well as his personal experiences with people from various countries on his journey around the globe. He has unique insights of food cultivated via more than 3,500 episodes of food and travel TV show, 32 cookbooks, and restaurants in North America and Asia (including M.Y. China, a highly acclaimed popular restaurant in San Francisco. Today, Chef Martin Yan is one of the most well-known Chinese-American idols of mass media. He tirelessly promotes social undertakings and cross-cultural exchanges between Asia and North America. Given his efforts, Chef Martin Yan has won multiple "James Beard Awards". He is appointed as the culinary ambassador of Chengdu, Guangzhou and Shenzhen in China.
