Chef Grant McPherson
Chef Grant’s career has spanned five continents, four decades, and some of the world’s most celebrated dining and hospitality destinations. He has cooked adventurous five-star food, developed menus, designed and run kitchens, and built top-notch teams at iconic places including Raffles Hotel in Singapore; Bellagio Las Vegas; Wynn Las Vegas; Wynn Macau; Wynn Palace; Regent Hotels in Sydney, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore; several Four Seasons; Ritz Carlton Big Island; Sandy Lane Hotel in Barbados, and the historic Hilton Hotel in Las Vegas.
In 2017, Chef Grant laid the groundwork for the launching of two landmark projects: The Ned Hotel in London, and New Realm Brewery in Atlanta. The Ned won numerous awards, including being named the UK’s best hotel by the Sunday Times. The New Realm Brewery, on Atlanta, Georgia’s BeltLine, has opened to much fanfare in January 2018. New Realm is the largest single brewery opening in Georgia’s history. The flagship property boasts a beer garden, restaurant, growler bar and a rooftop terrace, all for which Chef Grant developed New Realm Brewery’s culinary program.
