Pistachio Fizz
Ingredients
Juice of half a lemon
One-half tablespoon fine sugar
1 jigger gin
1 jigger pistachio cream (blend together ground pistachios, sunflower of avocado oil, and a little salt)
Instructions
- Shake ingredients together well in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a fizz glass with 1/3 full fine ice.
- Fill with seltzer or soda water to top.
