Pistachio Martini

Ingredients

2 oz pistachio liqueur 

1.5 oz vanilla vodka

  1. Crushed pistachios for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions

Rim the glass. Wet the rim of the chilled martini glass with a wedge of lemon or water. Turn the glass upside down and dip the rim into the crushed pistachios, coating it evenly.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. 

Add Vanilla Vodka. Pour 1.5 ounces into the shaker. 

 Add 2 ounces of pistachio liqueur to the mix.

Secure the lid of the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds. 

Strain and serve.
