Pistachio Spritz

Ingredients

1.5 oz Elderflower syrup 

2 oz prosecco

2 oz soda water

1 teaspoon honey

8-10 mint leaves

3 lime slices

Mint sprig for garnish

Crushed pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. Coat the rim of a wine glass with a thin layer of honey. Turn the glass upside down and dip the rim into the crushed pistachios, coating it evenly.
  2. Add ice into a wine glass. Line the glass with the three lime slices.
  3. Pour in Elderflower syrup and add approximately eight mint leaves.
  4. Top with sparkling wine and soda water.
  5. Stir the drink to combine all of the ingredients.
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig.
