Pistachio Spritz
Ingredients
1.5 oz Elderberry syrupÂ
2 oz prosecco
2 oz soda water
1 teaspoon honey
8-10 mint leaves
3 lime slices
Mint sprig for garnish
Crushed pistachios for garnish
Instructions
- Coat the rim of a wine glass with a thin layer of honey. Turn the glass upside down and dip the rim into the crushed pistachios, coating it evenly.
- Add ice into a wine glass. Line the glass with the three lime slices.
- Pour in Elderberry syrup and add approximately eight mint leaves.
- Top with sparkling wine and soda water.
- Stir the drink to combine all of the ingredients.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
