Ingredients

1 oz Plantation Stiggin’s Fancy Pineapple rum

1 oz Pierre-Ferand 1840 cognac

¾ oz Pineapple juice

½ oz Lemon juice

½ oz Pistachio orgeat

¼ oz Pernod absinthe

4 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Garnish: Lemon twist

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in shaker tin filled with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a snifter. Garnish with long lemon twist.
