Pistachio and Seed Topper
This blend of pistachios, seeds and goji berries, combine to provide a delicious and highly nutritious food that can be eaten as a snack or used as a great topping for oatmeal or cereal.
Pistachio kernels: 100g (1/2 cup)
Flax seed: 50g (1/4 cup)
Chia seed: 50g (1/4 cup)
Cocoa nibs: 100g 1/2 cup)
Goji berries: 100g (1/2 cup)
Blend together in a food processor, keep in an air-tight container, and consume within 7 days.

30g (2 Tbsp): Energy (kcal) 147.6, Fat 9.6, Carbohydrate 8.4, Protein 5.1, Fibre 2.61
