Pistachio Banana Smoothie

 

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1/2 cup pistachios

1 cup spinach

1 cup oat milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

In a blender, combine ripe bananas, pistachios, spinach, oat milk, and honey or maple syrup if using.

Blend until smooth and creamy.
