1 Serving

Ingredients

1½ oz Blanche Armagnac

½ oz Aperol

½ oz Domain de Canton

½ oz Fresh lime juice

2 dashes Angostura bitters (optional)

Garnish:  Mint, lime coin, flowers, powdered sugar

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in shaker tin. Add ice and shake hard for 30 seconds. Fill pilsner glass ¾ full with ice and double strain into glass. Fill remainder of the glass with ice and add garnish. Finish by dashing bitters on top if you choose.
