“We are pleased to welcome both new and returning directors to the APG Board,” said Zachary Fraser, APG President & CEO. “Their diverse perspectives and commitment to the industry will be instrumental as we continue advancing grower engagement, strengthening our presence in key markets, and be strategic advocates on behalf of American pistachio producers across all segments of the industry."

Directors who have completed their service on the board are: Jamie Bledsoe, Adam Kusmak and Joel Perkins.

“I want to thank outgoing board members, all of whom served as my first board, for their dedication to the organization and to the grower community,” said Fraser. “We have enjoyed great collaboration and teamwork in my short time here, and that is driven by a board focused on serving the entire industry. I am excited to continue to work with them in additional capacities beyond their board service."

Fraser noted that the 2026 board will preside at an exciting time for the pistachio industry. American-grown pistachios are riding a wave of popularity and expanded consumption around the world. Pistachios have benefitted from numerous studies that show their healthful attributes and they are an ingredient in the most popular chocolate bar in the world, noted Fraser.
