As Executive Chef with the Leela Group, he is based at their premium Gurugram hotel located in the Ambience Island. He graduated from the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Pusa, Delhi, and completed two years advance Hotel Operations Programme training from Taj Hotel Management Institute. Chef Bhasin has conceived and created many culinary trends during his 20-year career. At the Oberoi Delhi, he opened one of the country’s most iconic restaurant Threesixty°. He was awarded the Silver Hat Indian Chefs at the culinary forum—a recognition of being the best chef in India who has less than 22 years of experience.
