Arianna Carughi, PhD
Dr. Arianna Carughi has been involved with the food, nutrition and wellness industry for over 20 years. After earning her Masters in Human Nutrition from Columbia University and her PhD in Nutritional Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley she worked in biochemistry at Stanford University School of Medicine. Co-founder and active member of the Steering Committee of the Polyphenol Research Interest Group, she also advises California agricultural boards regarding the emerging health tech industry.
