Party-fare Pistachio Pasta


Party-fare Pistachio Pasta

 Yield: 6 to 8 side dish or appetizer servings.


1 clove Garlic, minced

¼ cup Chopped onion

2 tablespoons Olive oil or butter

½ cup Natural American pistachios, coarsely chopped

¼ cup each Chopped ripe olives and minced parsley

1 teaspoon Lemon juice

⅛ teaspoon Each basil, crushed, and pepper

8 ounces Spaghetti, cooked and drained

⅓ cup Grated Parmesan cheese


Sauté garlic and onion in oil until onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Toss together; heat 2 minutes. Toss with cheese.
